Teams at the HC
1. Phoenix Suns - $6.4M over, someone bout to learn Amnesty
2. Sacramento Kangz - $179k under

RFA’d Players
1. Jalen Green: SG - Knicks
Position Rankings
Point Guards
1. Jrue Holiday - Warriors
Aging but extremely solid vet. His defense is down but still showing elite efficiency. Prime candidate for a PG needy team in a S/T
2. Jerian Grant - Blazers
Solid and steady. He saw some ratings drop in TC but this is a thin class and Jerian is fine
3. Alex Caruso - Jazz
Maybe the SLN Most Improved Player winner? A bit turnover prone but surprisingly solid for the Yazz
4. Jose “Grand Theft” Alvarado - Raptors
Yeah, PG thinned out real quick. Jose is a fine backup. Low turnover, low volume, low efficiency, high steals.
5. Deuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuce McBride - Bucks
Did an adequate job filling in for Kyrie. He’s not great but you could do worse for a backup than DEUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCE

Shooting Guards
1. Jalen Green - Knicks - RFA
Kind of a glass cannon. He’s high turnover with low boards and defense. Kind of like if Herro had volume. He’s still young and likely has a lot of potential so can definitely see a 3 year miserable offer sheet coming his way
2. Shabazz Muhammad - Blazers
Took a step back this year and is getting older but 29/7 at 2.1 tov will be plenty fine. Another guy who is a perfect S/T candidate for the teams that need to win
3. Anfernee Simons - Pacers
Another all offense high turnover guard. Simons is at least passable on the glass. These are the types of guys you have to be careful not to overpay for since there’s so many but Simons can definitely get buckets in the right situation
4. Gordon Hayward - Heat
Slowly aging and getting worse. Gordon can still score at a decent rate but is definitely at TC risk for dying
5. Donte “Big Ragu” DiVincenzo - Warriors
A little less efficient this season but generally offers decent scoring and above average rebounding without killing you on the turnover front. Great backup combo

Honorable Mentions:
Duncan Robinson - low turnover scorer
Tim Hardaway Jr - he might be cooked
Malik Beasley/Ben McLemore - scores, about it

Small Forwards
1. Scottie Barnes - Raptors
Young do it all forward. He hasn’t come without scrutiny but was pretty exceptional in his role as a super sub 1-4. Some would say it’s not even a comparison between him and Jayson Tatum
2. Otto Porter Jr - Bulls
Getting older at 32 but sporting A+ shooting and impressive volume. Major piece of the Bulls success recently and an above average rebounder
3. LeBron James - Bullets
The King stay the King. He ain’t dead yet and is still really solid across the board
4. Jabari Parker - Celtics
Career best season from Jabari. Didn’t feel like he missed much at all and provided good boards from the wing. Defense has risen to B but I assume that’s all post defense because that Per D scout was unsalvageable
5. Caleb Martin - Hawks
Did I mention I love Caleb Martin? He’s quietly put up terrific numbers in Atlanta. Would bet he finds a decent payday
6. Franz Wagner - Cavs
Probably more of an upside placement than anything. Coming off his rookie deal showing B-/A- albeit with C- boards. Franz had a higher turnover year for the Cavs but had some moments of real promise. What’s the dollar figure where the bet is worth it?

Honorable Mentions:
Jeremiah Robinson-Earl - seriously, interesting stats
Glen Rice Jr. - solid
Julius Randle - you get boards, the other team gets buckets and steals
Andrew Wiggins - solid year from him

Power Forwards
1. Kristaps Porzingis - Mavericks
He’s awesome. He’ll garner full maxes and Hoff has to hope the gods are in his favor this year
2. Skal Labissiere - Bullets
Skal has quietly been a key to the Bullets success in mauling opponent’s front courts. Some blocks and good boards. Wes got him back last time, will he be as lucky this year?
3. Jonathan Kuminga - Nets
Offered to resign for the cheap cost of…max. Brings some boards and stocks from a guy that maybe profiles as a SF? Those turnovers are problematic. Like Franz, a bet on upside
4. Jaren Jackson Jr. - Hawks
Thins out real quickly here. JJJ was a serviceable rebounder who provided stocks. Maybe I was too hard on him before but he’s still not great
5. Bobby Portis - Bullets
A- Boards are hard to find. Played well for the Raptors two years ago in bigger minutes. He’s fine.
6. Tobias Harris - Spurs
See: Trade Block

Centers
1. Andre Drummond - Pacers
I’ve loved Andre for years. He’s A/A and does 3+ blocks per game
2. Ivica Zuuuuuuuuuubac - Warriors
Another A/A center. I’ve long championed his ability to contribute to winning.
3. Bismack Biyombo - Knicks
A- boards, doesn’t shoot much, blocks around 2.7 per 36. Sign me up. Age of 33 makes him 3rd
4. John Henson - Knicks
Slowly dying but he never shoots and blocks everything. This is probably too high but I love me some Thinson
5. Evan Mobley - Mavericks
I assume the Mavs didn’t make it to the WCF in spite of him at SF? Idk. He has pretty ratings and is young. I’m sure he’ll be good at some point?

Honorable Mentions since center is the deepest position in this year’s class:
Greg Monroe - A-/A-
Montrezl Harrell - Blocks with too many shots
Jarrett Allen - Zubac with less boards
Usman Garuba - interesante
Isaiah Hartenstein - got to B+/B+ and was good
Marquese Chriss - is he good?
