TC growth for Scoot, Edey, and Rui. Would love to see our guys develop into the players we believe they can be. I’ll probably make a move for stop gap PG mentor for Scoot so I can be more competitive.

Hope Bronny’s stip ups his potential to 100 now that he’s paired with LeBron. The handles are still a big concern but thought it was a fun pick.
2. How do you feel about your offseason, and what are your goals for this coming season?
Got a very nice below market value resigning offer from Ant. KD offered to resign at 19mil escalating, it was about as high as I would have accepted. We’re bringing back most of the championship team, just need to add some more front court depth. Goal is get back to the championship.
3. Thoughts on TC?
Hopefully Maxey and Ant take another step forward. Hoping one breaks out into the top 5 at their respective position. KD to hold the line. AD getting to flat A in defense and/or rebounding would be fun, feel like he’s gotta be on the cusp of both.
4. Who wins each division and why?
Atlantic: Bullets, excited to see what a full season of KD with that squad can do
Central: Bulls, Luka is filthy. However the Bucks will significantly close the 13 game gap that it was last year.
Midwest: Mavs, sick front court and LaMelo is dope. Just needs another guard and they’ll be elite
Pacific: Sonics, Nick trades any and all remaining assets/stuff for another guy.

Only 6 picks in, but think Sheppard is fascinating - C inside for Sheppard with "solid athleticism" in the notes makes me think he may have no volume, but feel like it's pretty rare to see the scoring wing prospects with B defense to start. CMB looks nice and is a terrifying frontcourt partner for Wemby. Mostly very excited to see the development of Dillingham (without touching him with a 10 foot pole)
2. How do you feel about your offseason, and what are your goals for this coming season?
FA still to come, but #1 priority is resigning Buddy Hield. #2 priority is stealing someone fun with the MLE!
3. Thoughts on TC?
Jalen has gotten some great under the hood development and put up awesome numbers, but his ratings are still pretty meh - would expect him to be on the top end of some letter grades and hope he can turn in an awesome TC, especially with the +5 potential.
4. Who wins each division and why?
Atlantic: The Champs! AKA KD and friends
Central: Bulls, should be rolling back a very similar team to last year's 59 win team
Midwest: Mavericks, full season of that frontcourt should get them to the top
Pacific: Suns, they were a terror post AG trade last year

Love what the Bears did in the FA period, yes they probably overpaid for Dalman and Grady Jarrett but worth some excess cash to figure out if Caleb and Ben Johnson are the real deal, and we didn't sign any deal with more than 2 years guaranteed. A month ago I would have revoked my fandom if they picked Jeanty with the 10th pick, now I'm kinda rooting for it (or at least Trayveon Henderson in the 2nd or 3rd)

Feel like there's been a ton of good TV coming out lately - would STRONGLY recommend Invincible for anyone who hasn't seen it. Severance was great, White Lotus is meh, The Last of Us is coming back, and the new Daredevil on Disney+ is great so far too

I did not go into the draft expecting to do anything but the availability of Collin Murray Butt and Jesse cajoling me about vibes led to that trade happening. I didn't love my options at 8 had I stayed put which speaks to the depth of this class to some extent. Curious how it will go from here and who I get at 18.
2. How do you feel about your offseason, and what are your goals for this coming season?
Excited to have a little bit more flexibility but not sure exactly how to allocate it yet. Have the possibility of cap space coming up as well as a bunch more draft picks. I want to keep improving but still tough with the dead cap hit, in a perfect world we can get to 40ish wins and compete for the 8 seed, but need some strong TCs for that to materialize.
3. Thoughts on TC?
Need all my young guys to keep improving, aka almost the entire roster. Also think a mid-career shooting pop from Booker could be massive if it happens. Contract year for him lol. Wemby my prince it's your time to shine (pls)
4. Who wins each division and why?
Atlantic: Bullets, rock solid roster top to bottom, KD, everyone is back and Doke is healthy, should in theory challenge for 60 wins
Central: Bulls, don't think they are going anywhere, our division is a bloodbath though
Midwest: Mavs, yet again only the Mavs and Nuggets seem to be trying, curious about Rockets FA and TC though
Pacific: Suns, AG is that guy

Unlike most of the people in this league it seems, I'm enjoying White Lotus, I think it's extremely well-written and well-cast and most of the criticisms I've heard are lazy

1. Draft thoughts? Sleepers, busts, your draft, other drafts, whatever.
Extremely chill to have my pick jump to number 1 - slightly less chill to have no idea who to pick. At the end of the day, Sheppard reminded me of my first born son Jeff McInnis and that was enough to tilt the scales. If he ends up as 75% the player Jeffrey was, I'd be happy. Very pleased to get an A potential teenager with a draft profile at #12, even if he's a little wonky. Across the board, this draft has a ton of tweeners and weird-shaped guys (not unlike the real NBA now), so really tough to weigh skillsets against eachother - feel like the move may now to be to draft for potential rather than hoping to get traditionally-shaped role players with early to mid firsts. Other picks I liked were Matas and Sarr, was hoping one of them might drop to 12 or I could trade up.
2. How do you feel about your offseason, and what are your goals for this coming season?
Oh man. Goal for the upcoming season is to suck less ass - moving to Vegas might not even solve this one for us. Will definitely be hoping for some organic improvement from the young fellas, and maybe getting lucky and snagging a useful guy with the MLE. Also have lots of juicy picks (read: BOS picks) and willing to make a blockbuster if people aren't yeller.
3. Thoughts on TC?
Sure could use a good one this year after several major TC farts the last few seasons. Need Ja to improve with the +5 potential rather than regress, and would obviously love to see pops from our two first rounders this year. Sharpe will also be getting his last +8 and hopefully I can see him blossom into a more efficient butt or a more dominant rebounder.

Atlantic: Bullets. I thought the Knicks had the best roster last year but was proven dead wrong. Champs!
Central: Bulls. Another Larry Sanders ghost resigning means these guys should be able to bring back the best roster in the league. Bulls year for sure this time.
Midwest: Mavericks. Nugs may make a move to try to compete, but Mavs should improve on last season if they can retain Embiid. Rest of the division stink like poo.
Pacific: Suns. Best team in the west last year and should bring back the same squad for the most part.

Maybe Cade? The Bullets are also going to need to pay maxey soon and that may create a problem, so either Ant, Udoka or AD may move.

Mount Rushmore season coming up. Talk through all-time mount rushmores of different types of players or teams - e.g., greatest non-championship winning teams, greatest butts, greatest no-defense-playing scorers, etc.

Celtics are very good. Patriots are not so good, but like the Diggs signing. Will still need to figure out O-line (and every other non-QB offensive position) in the draft, but I will at least be rooting for the team to win this year, which will be a nice change of pace.

At the end of the day, Sheppard reminded me of my first born son Jeff McInnis and that was enough to tilt the scales. If he ends up as 75% the player Jeffrey was, I'd be happy. Very pleased to get an A potential teenager with a draft profile at #12, even if he's a little wonky. Across the board, this draft has a ton of tweeners and weird-shaped guys (not unlike the real NBA now), so really tough to weigh skillsets against eachother - feel like the move may now to be to draft for potential rather than hoping to get traditionally-shaped role players with early to mid firsts. Other picks I liked were Matas and Sarr, was hoping one of them might drop to 12 or I could trade up.

Oh man. Goal for the upcoming season is to suck less ass - moving to Vegas might not even solve this one for us. Will definitely be hoping for some organic improvement from the young fellas, and maybe getting lucky and snagging a useful guy with the MLE. Also have lots of juicy picks (read: BOS picks) and willing to make a blockbuster if people aren't yeller.
3. Thoughts on TC?
Sure could use a good one this year after several major TC farts the last few seasons. Need Ja to improve with the +5 potential rather than regress, and would obviously love to see pops from our two first rounders this year. Sharpe will also be getting his last +8 and hopefully I can see him blossom into a more efficient butt or a more dominant rebounder.

Atlantic: Bullets. I thought the Knicks had the best roster last year but was proven dead wrong. Champs!
Central: Bulls. Another Larry Sanders ghost resigning means these guys should be able to bring back the best roster in the league. Bulls year for sure this time.
Midwest: Mavericks. Nugs may make a move to try to compete, but Mavs should improve on last season if they can retain Embiid. Rest of the division stink like poo.
Pacific: Suns. Best team in the west last year and should bring back the same squad for the most part.

Celtics are very good. Patriots are not so good, but like the Diggs signing. Will still need to figure out O-line (and every other non-QB offensive position) in the draft, but I will at least be rooting for the team to win this year, which will be a nice change of pace.

1. Draft thoughts? Sleepers, busts, your draft, other drafts, whatever.
Was not super locked in on the draft and thought I was about steal Dunn and Knecht late in the first. Still jacked about Dunn (know his brother well IRL), so pumped to juice him with some RP, develop in the NDL, and see ya in two years my friend). Think he can be a stock monster.
2. How do you feel about your offseason, and what are your goals for this coming season?
Keep the band together, maybe swap a key piece for a hole. Never quite found the right combo and not sure Griffin fit the team right.
3. Thoughts on TC?
Would love some more development from Sengun and Harden to hold tight. If we can keep Wiseman, may try and juice him too. Still super young.
4. Who wins each division and why?
Atlantic: Heat year! Jk, prob the bullets; what a sweet KD deal.
Central: Bulls until they fall back or Charlotte finds more time in their life to GM lol
Midwest: Nugzzz - Kip keeps it rolling
Pacific: Suns - mostly just to inspire Nick to GM harder (but also b/c TP be wheeling and dealing)
