Strengths: Very good jump shot and good range beyond the arc. Good vision, handles, and quickness. Quick hands and decent positional defense.
Weaknesses: Pretty weak and unathletic. Below average rebounder.
Scout's Take: Hinrich is probably the best true point guard prospect in the class. He shoots the ball well and does a good job managing a game. He isn't the strongest defender, but should contribute decently on that end. Any team looking for a floor general should take a close look at Hinrich and they'll probably like what they see.
