Voted GX, then Derek, then Jesse. Going +6 compared to last year is impressive, but it's much more impressive when you consider that last year's team won 50 games - the Shai deal was the biggest splash of the season, a great fit and he had his best season ever - high risk, high reward, and I always say I like to commend big balls moves. Derek's year was a classic switch flip, which was nicely done and the results speak for themselves, just didn't love the value in all of his deals and not sure that team has quite enough young starpower to sustain the performance they had this year next season - but I've been proven wrong before. Jesse had a typical Jesse year, capitalizing on a weak conference to bring together a bunch of weirdo vets and game-wrecking a lot of traditionally-structured teams with an Inside offense. nice work all around.

Voted Jesse GX and Jordo!

Thought it was awesome that Jesse went to top of the west in one season, again. GX built an awesome team and I was a skeptic of the SGA deal but he ended up being the best player in the league. Loved Jordos roster construction. Fun season!

I voted GX, Tong, Jesse.

GX made the trade of the year for Shai. I also voted for GX last year.

I think Tong has the most perfectly positioned team for success for the next decade (said the same thing about the raptors five seasons ago). The boozer trade was my personal favorite of the year.

Jesse made some fun moves that ultimately propelled him to a finals. Anyone that could convince me to trade Queen is an elite GM.

Voted for Jordo. Think when you get into spots with good players and a lack of assets it’s hard to mine out improvements. The Nique Clifford deal was a legit improvement for them at low cost. Then Sengun added a true star in the front court after Queen didn’t develop as you’d hope. Keldon solidified the bench. Just a really nice way of cleaning up on the edges and keeping the team in contention

voted GX for winning the West and paying up for Shai and in turn the initial high price of the trade looked like a low cost move come season end. the clingan move at the start of the year solidified his frontcourt and is the kind of move that deserves reward.

I voted Derek, GX, Jesse. Derek had a huge turnaround from last year and fully flipped the switch, fun to watch. George did nice job improving his already solid team, the Shai trade looks great in hindsight. Jesse brought in Rui and then flipped everything around him like 3x. Somehow ended up 2 points from winning the championship. Some really good GMOTY candidates this season!

Voted Jesse, Derek, jordo. Thought Jesse did a phenomenal job putting together a contender and gobbling up assets, always amazed at how well he can recomp his team on the fly. Derek leveraged everything to completely flip the switch and put together a phenomenal roster. Jordo’s trade were all great value steals and got significantly better without leveraging much at all. Good seasons boys

Voted GX, Derek, Jordo!

I thought GX's trades for SGA and Clingan were great, had strong year over year progression and finished 1st in the west. Derek had the largest year over year win differential by trading for Myles Turner, Desmond Bane, and JT Toppin. However, I did not think Derek got great value for Bane and Toppin. Jordo was an underrated candidate, probably due to him saying the Spurs suck every sim! Loved the Sengun trade to extend his window and finished 2nd in the west while having a strong year over year win differential.

I voted GX, Derek, Jordo

GX made some fun trades to build around SGA. I think part of the award is also DC changes and coaching in addition to the roster building and he clearly unlocked something through shot funneling SGA without him doing 4 turnovers at PG. clingan good add too

Bucks were sick and had an insane season. Jordo completely fleeced the champ for Nique.

I admittedly overlooked Jesse and I voted quickly. Regret not voting for him in my top 3 after his 1 point finals game 7 loss without Paolo. Really clean work

Voted Jesse / Derek / Jordo. All had great seasons (as did other nominees) - but as someone who tends to be closed minded when it comes to building contenders in this game I'm always a bit extra impressed by Jesse when he turns his weird crop of freaks into a championship contender, especially when he does it in one season. Thought Derek deserves a lot of credit for his turnaround too, although he used like every asset in his bag to do it so to me that meant Jesse edged him out. And Jordo got the best player in the league via trade this year so that's worth a 3rd place vote in my book.
