Voted Josh, Jordo, then Jesse

Tough call for me between Josh and Jordo at number 1 - I think both put together awesome turnarounds, and both made a bunch of really nice moves to create competitors in the West at a time when other teams were shying away from doing so (aka the perfect time!). Ultimately, I think I liked the value on Josh's deals a little bit more - turning picks and prospects into true stars under the age of 30 is as sustainable a reload approach as there is. The Spurs went more with the "all-in" method for this year to secure veteran talent, which definitely has its merits (and won them the division!), but probably represents a shorter competitive window than the one the Grizz have entered. Dyson may have also been the single best deal either team made (he's a lord), so that gave Josh an edge in my mind.

Voted for Jordo, thought he did a great job kick-starting a contention window and also tinkering during the season to build a winner, grabbing LaMelo was maybe the single most impactful move in terms of a team opening a multi-year window. Think the Spurs are a real contender and that ultimately guided my vote the most due to all the heavy lifting that was done here.

Josh was second for me, he did what he needed to do to get out of tank hell and did a nice job grabbing guys who are under contract to set a playoff caliber foundation for the next several seasons at least.

Nick got my third place vote, felt the Sonics were under discussed but had a fantastic year and he did a great job pivoting off of Sabonis and better positioning himself as a contender.

Honorable mention was Merv, his team was already dominant and adding Bagley for peanuts seemed to put them over the top, as I write this I’m like damn maybe I should have put him higher on the ballot, but in my head the Magic were already the best team in the league before he did all that stuff. I still don’t totally get how this award is supposed to work honestly

I voted josh, merv, sonicks.

Josh made an instant flip without giving all of his assets. He now has a young team elite time that is likely to get better. I voted Merv second because he also did a lot of things for great value, and made his juggernaut team even more juggernaughty naughty. I voted Nick because his team made an even bigger lift after trading sabonis which reset some of his ammo to do more trades, and did some nice around the edges moves with picking up boucher for cheap

I voted Nick, Josh, Jordo. I liked Nick’s move away from Sabonis and better position for the future while still getting better in the short term (+8 wins this season). Love the moves and results for Josh and Jordo too though, so think it was a nice year all around for the contenders here.

Voted Merv, Nick, Josh.

Think its very hard to navigate when you're already at the top of the league and he made moves to solidify his standing in a difficult west. I thought the Gobert trade was extremely savvy and adding Bagley for Lebron was an incredible fit. Cherry on top was the Bradon Clarke move, arguably the best rebounder in the league now, Merv added elite pieces to support an already elite cast.

I voted Josh, Jordo, Merv. Jordo and Josh was a coin flip for me, both flipped the switch beautifully and went from tanking to legit title contenders. Ultimately the tie break went to the team that didn’t have free agency luck for me. Dyson Daniels, Goga, JB all good additions and Josh got great value.

I didn’t know we could vote for Nick because he wasn’t listed so sorry mayne. Merv turning 1500 RP for bagley was nice

Voted:
1. Merv
2. Josh
3. Jordo

Analysis: I chose Merv because everything he did kept him as the top dog in the so called “superior conference.” He flipped KD, into Bron, into the Bag Man. Timely flip for Gobert was perfect.

Josh as 2nd because i didnt know a lot about his moves outside of Goga, but needing to win and being this good this season cant go unnoticed.

Jordo did really well in signing KAT, snagging Hart and McDaniels, and trading for MVPelo.

I chose Josh because not only did he have to make the necessary moves to be "safe" from the tank penalty, he made good deals without over leveraging himself. As someone who was very low on the Grizz even after his deals (excl. Jaylen Brown), I was very surprised of how successful of a campaign it was.

Jordo had a phenomenal year as well and actually had a better win differential than Josh but I thought he gave up a lot of value. I do commend Jordo for not having to give up Queen and Dick.

Lastly, I voted Jesse because of the volume of moves. I was on the fence for a while but the last 3 sims of the season cemented it because of his win % after all the trades came together.

Jordo create a finals competitor in a year and made a few great moves including getting lamelo.
The kings were bad for the first half of the season and then were dominant at the end thanks to probably the best trade of the season
merv had the best team in the league as a result of the bagley trade
