MOST VALUABLE PLAYER: Sengun/Harden. Both good seasons and my fault for not adding around them.
DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR: Bonga RIP. Boucher v nice too though;. Bonga 4 stocks will not be fun to replace
MOST IMPROVED: I guess Sengun on the boards? Montero made a nice step then asked for a max lmao. Wiseman was best of his career, I'll go with him.
SIXTH MAN: Bonga (RIP) - will miss the versatility.
BIGGEST SURPRISE: I guess Montero? Not a lot of pleasant surprises in South Beach
BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT: Sengun TO or Hayward dying. Tried inside to get anything going considering Boucher and Bonga can't shoot and Hayward died. Didn't expect Sengun with good handles to turn the ball over that much
TRADE/ACQUISITION OF THE YEAR: The RP from the draft move backs I guess lol
REGRETS: SHould've flipped Bonga. Or added a nice Wing around last year's team using Hayward. Was just busy with life the past month.

TEAM AWARDS
MOST VALUABLE PLAYER: Joel Embiid - nice to see some love on the boards for him after having a career year. I feel like I figured out how to optimize him but not sure it is best for the overall team.
DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR: Mitten - could give it to Okogie but think there is slightly more value from an elite PG defender. He is also a surprisingly good rebounder for his position.
MOST IMPROVED: Paolo? - went from unplayable to ok at offense sometimes. TOs make him tough to start but he scores well at the backup 3.
SIXTH MAN: Paolo - We didn't have a super sub and Paolo is probably the best of the backups.
BIGGEST SURPRISE: Embiid fg% jumping 7%. Was hoping for some positive regression but posting career highs in nearly all offensive categories was a nice surprise.
BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT: Going down 0-3 to the Kangz in the second round and losing every game by 5 points or less!
TRADE/ACQUISITION OF THE YEAR: I thought all my trades were fine but think I overpaid slightly for everything. I'll say Okogie was my fav.
REGRETS: Not tinkering with the DC sooner. Still don't know if we should play inside, balanced, or outside

MOST VALUABLE PLAYER: Jabari Parker. Scoring, rebounding, even a little bit of defense - perfect all around SF!
DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR: Probably Kevon Looney, but I'll give Shep a shoutout. Both are excellent defensively despite the rest of our team being less so.
MOST IMPROVED: Reed Sheppard! A top 10 PG production-wise in his second season in the league - one of my fav players ever already.
SIXTH MAN: Ja Morant - getting demoted from starter probably wasn't the news he wanted to hear, but he was more effective in a backup role, with way fewer TOs and solid volume.
BIGGEST SURPRISE: Sheppard being a competent starter at the 1 in Y2!
BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT: Stinking.
TRADE/ACQUISITION OF THE YEAR: Eh, IDK. Maybe Jarrett Allen? He was actually pretty good for us.
REGRETS: Kinda being stuck in the middle - too much talent to be in the top 5-7 tankers (much of that being Reed), but didn't want to push chips in in the most competitive East ever. Wanted to nail a 7-10 spot so I could use my Sorry Kid, so I guess we did that. Let's see what happens.

MOST VALUABLE PLAYER: Ingram. Easily the teams best player and he kept the TOs low with great shooting all season.
DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR: Suggs. Kept the steals up all year.
MOST IMPROVED: Gelo. TOs need to get better but shot great all year with strong steals.
SIXTH MAN: Okoro. Was a great addition until he got hurt and would have remained in Philly if I didn't have to avoid the tank down the stretch.
BIGGEST SURPRISE: More excited than surprising but Khaman came out in beast mode as a rookie and so excited for his future.
BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT: Not starting Ingram at the 2 all season.
TRADE/ACQUISITION OF THE YEAR: Okoro until it wasnt.
REGRETS: Moving a FRP for Blake.

BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT: getting the 8th pick while have the 2nd worst ppg differential
TRADE/ACQUISITION OF THE YEAR: think my dyson daniels trade in the offseason was good
REGRETS: having a horrible tank. net of everything I got picks 4, 5 and 8 for 3 years of tanking with 0 big name FA signings
