Strengths: Solid at finishing in the lane. Good jump shot. Decent range. Solid vision with good quickness. Good handles. Should steal a bit and play decent man defense. Rebounding is on the higher end of passable.

Weaknesses: Could use some time in the weight room.

Scout's Take: Kemba may not be the spiciest PG out there, but he has shown an ability to be consistent in several areas. He manages the game well, can score when needed, and provides solid defense. Teams shouldn't expect a full-blown superstar, but he can easily be a starting PG capable of leading a team deep in the playoffs with the right cast.
