x3 Super Scout $$5 - You will get 4 Ratings of your choice within a +/- 5 range and the 5th (Normally random) Rating will always be Potential!
xX Scout $$2 - Normal scout. 4 Ratings of your choice within a +/- 10 range and a 5th random Rating.

x1 Team Option $$12 - You may extend a rookie contract for a new draftee by 1 year. Must be used during the Extend/Cut phase for the draft (Pre-TC).
