DALLAS (AP) -- Reports out of the Mavericks locker room point to mercurial superstar, Kyrie Irving, being "absolutely feral" about winning a title this season and that he is going around telling the coaches and executives that "this better be it." Teammates have mostly chalked it up to competitiveness, but one can only wonder.

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- In a stunning move, the Los Angeles Lakers have made a trade to acquire superstar Kyrie Irving fresh off his championship win with the Dallas Mavericks.

Executives around the league are shocked. Fans in Dallas are decimated, whereas in Los Angeles, where things have been pretty rough for a LONG time, fans are elated.

Kyrie told reports he was befuzzled (no one corrected him) and just shook his head. He did, however, thank Dallas for his time there and was happy to win a title before moving on. Reports of Kyrie's recent dabble in voodoo are unsubstantiated.

Apparently, Kyrie arrived in Los Angeles today and has already met with the locker room in private. Whispers from those in attendance are that Kyrie has become something of an Inspiring Leader.
