Strengths: Decent inside scoring. Pretty good shot-blocker. Very good post defender. Very good defensive rebounder.
Weaknesses: Shooting is bad. Handles need work. Needs to hit the weights.
Scout's Take: Claxton is in that classical mold of player that every GM values. He blocks shots, plays good defense, and gets boards. However, he may need a little nudge in efficiency, but scouts really love his upside as a prominent rotation big man.
