Strengths: Decent ability to finish at the basket. Solid jump shot. Takes care of the ball. Well-rounded positional defender. Decent strength and quickness.

Weaknesses: A bit raw. Not very stocky.

Scout's Take: Barnes is one of the more promising project players. He is definitely still developing in a lot of areas but will need some help along the way. Scouts like his upside, but wonder how long it will take him to become useful.
