Al Horford
Strengths: Solid scorer in the post with a decent jump shot. Takes care of the ball. Very good post defender. Good strength. Decent quickness for his size.
Weaknesses: Shot-blocking and rebounding are a little lacking for a big man, but very salvageable.
Scout's Take: Horford has a good foundation to his game. He can score a bit, defend well, challenge the occasional shot, and rebound passably. He isn't an elite talent, but there is definitely talent there. Many scouts feel like he will be a very good starter for a long time. One scout even swore up and down that Horford would magically become a top 3P shooter one day. No one knows why he felt that way.
