Strengths: Balanced scorer who shows decent capability finishing inside and a smooth elbow jumper. Great court vision. Good quickness for his size. Good strength on the wing. Average rebounder.
Weaknesses: His range needs a little bit of work but isn't far off. Handling is okay but could be a concern if ignored. Subpar defender in all areas.
Scout's Take: Turkoglu is a good, but not great, looking wing prospect. He shows some playmaking abilities both for himself and his teammates. His game isn't quite refined, but it's pretty close. One scout had this to say: "Man, I could really see this guy having one really good season and getting paid for it, but then you'll look back and realize it wasn't THAT good of a season."
