Who's Your Daddy??

In honor of Father’s day last weekend, and the amount in which we love to talk about our SLN sons, I decided to come up with another metric to determine who can really make this claim.
The DADDY metric (Development And Domination Driven bY gm investment) is my own creation that goes beyond simple on-court production. While most player metrics focus solely on stats, DADDY recognizes and rewards both player performance and the GM's investment in that player’s development over time. It balances JUICE with factors that reflect paternal guidance and instincts, including training camps used, brags on the boards made about the player, and the number of seasons the player has remained with the same team.
DADDY=(Average JUICE×.5)+(Camps Used×1)+(Brags×2.5)+(Seasons With Team×2.5)
Heavy camping, frequent public support, and organizational stability all contribute to higher DADDY scores. The formula allows GMs to quantify both how much they’ve poured into a player and how much that investment has paid off. In that sense, DADDY isn’t just a metric, it’s a badge of honor for the players GMs have truly raised into franchise cornerstones. I legit enjoyed combing through the boards for all of your brags, Kyrie legit had 122 pages of posts!
